Tara Word-Rosario

Tara Word-Rosario serves as a Customer Care Coordinator at Mid-West Moving & Storage and Chicago Office Movers, where she plays an essential role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients throughout every stage of their relocation. With more than 17 years of experience in the relocation industry, Tara brings a strong background in customer service, coordination, and operational support.

Before joining Mid-West Moving & Storage, Tara worked closely with the company as a relocation contractor for the Chicago Housing Authority, gaining firsthand knowledge of the organization’s efficient and detail-oriented approach to moving services. Today, she manages customer relocation data, supports scheduling and operational coordination, oversees account management for warehousing projects, and provides pre and post-move customer care.

Tara also plays an important role internally by working very closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for every relocation.  She is a joy to work with both for internal staff and for external customers. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Lewis University, a Master’s in Political & Justice Studies from Governors State University, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
